1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the pivpp Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. pivpp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

pivpp provides an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual sports, and crash games to eligible users. The Platform is operated in English and targets players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. pivpp is a safe and reliable platform that employs SSL encryption and certified fair play technology across all games and services.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from a translated version (if one is made available), the English-language version shall take precedence. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have sufficient understanding of the English language to comprehend your rights and obligations under this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The pivpp Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 18+ This is a non-negotiable requirement that applies to every user in Bangladesh without exception.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the Platform:

• You are a natural person of legal age in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years old).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by pivpp or at your own request via a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pivpp or any affiliated company.
• You are registering and using the Platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or money-laundering purposes.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the pivpp Platform, including depositing funds, playing games, and placing bets, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund of deposited funds that cannot be verified as legitimately owned.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password at all times.
• You must notify pivpp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pivpp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• pivpp may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary.

KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of your National ID Card (NID), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered name). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request from pivpp may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pivpp supports a range of BDT payment methods designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and pivpp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile banking methods. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the Cashier section of your account after login. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Deposits are typically credited to your pivpp account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• pivpp does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals in BDT. Standard fees charged by your mobile banking provider remain your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding defined thresholds.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for gaming purposes and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without gaming activity. Such behaviour may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• pivpp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pivpp offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of each offer. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all pivpp promotions unless specifically overridden by the promotion's individual terms.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless specifically permitted by the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment purposes. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically profit from bonuses without genuine gaming activity constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• pivpp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the terms and conditions of the promotion have not been met or have been violated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to another account.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Ramadan, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, or other events are subject to their own promotional terms and availability periods.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of the pivpp Platform, you agree to use the Platform in a manner that is lawful, fair, and consistent with the spirit of these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point during registration, verification, or while using the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, automated process, or mechanical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pivpp staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

pivpp actively monitors Platform activity for the behaviours listed above and employs automated fraud detection systems alongside manual review processes. Where any prohibited behaviour is identified or reasonably suspected, pivpp may freeze account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the pivpp Platform — including but not limited to the pivpp brand name and logo, website design, page layout, graphics, images, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of pivpp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without pivpp's prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or brand assets.
• Use the pivpp name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose other than personal use.

Game content on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective providers. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the applicable provider.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pivpp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, account access, or balance due to technical failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events outside pivpp's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs, provided such errors are identified and corrected in a timely manner. Winnings derived from a game error are void.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. pivpp makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your pivpp account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any genuine cash balance in your account (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

pivpp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass required KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Player-requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard or by contacting support directly.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion), pivpp will return all genuine cash balances and will not permit re-registration for a minimum period of six months from the date of self-exclusion. 10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pivpp operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make any specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular Bangladeshi governmental body.

In the event of a dispute between you and pivpp, we strongly encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. The pivpp support team operates 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the pivpp support team within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. pivpp will cooperate fully with any such process in good faith.

• Any formal dispute notification must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]".
• pivpp will acknowledge your dispute notification within 5 business days and provide an initial response within 14 business days.
• During the pendency of a dispute, the relevant account may remain suspended and associated funds held pending resolution.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pivpp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
