2 18+ Age Restriction

4 Deposit Limits

Deposit limits at pivpp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and apply across all payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing an existing limit also takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit or removing one is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active, giving you time to reconsider.

• Daily deposit limit: Cap the total amount you can deposit across all payment methods in a single calendar day. Resets at midnight BST.
• Weekly deposit limit: Set a maximum total deposit amount for any rolling seven-day period. Useful for players who prefer to manage their gambling budget on a weekly basis.
• Monthly deposit limit: Define the maximum you can deposit in a calendar month. The recommended approach for players who receive monthly income and want to allocate a fixed entertainment budget.
• Immediate effect on reductions: If you lower your deposit limit (e.g., from ৳10,000/week to ৳5,000/week), the new lower limit applies immediately with no waiting period.
• 24-hour delay on increases: If you request an increase to your deposit limit, a mandatory 24-hour reflection period applies before the higher limit becomes active.

5 Time-Out & Cooling-Off

Sometimes all a player needs is a short break from the platform — not a full self-exclusion, but a temporary pause to clear their head and return to gambling with a fresh perspective. pivpp's time-out feature lets you temporarily deactivate your account for a short, defined period without closing it permanently.

During an active time-out, you cannot log in to your pivpp account, make deposits, or place bets. Your account balance is safely preserved throughout the time-out period. Once the time-out expires, your account is automatically reactivated and you can resume play if you choose to.
